If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with important parts missing, contact support@wonderkidstoy.com promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights or any longer period required by law.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, clear photos, a video when the issue cannot be shown clearly in photos, and packaging photos when relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, resend, partial refund or full refund, as appropriate and required by applicable law. We will cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items where legally required. Contact us for instructions before sending an item back.

Voluntary change-of-mind returns: For eligible products without a quality issue, request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer pays return postage. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals and included parts where applicable. These voluntary conditions do not restrict mandatory cancellation or consumer rights.

UK cancellation rights: For eligible online purchases, UK customers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days after notification to return them. Exceptions may apply, including genuinely personalised or custom-made goods. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Please contact us for the correct return instructions and address. Do not send returns to an address on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Prior return instructions help us process your request; they do not remove a statutory cancellation right.

Returns may be inspected. For statutory cancellations, handling reasonably necessary to inspect the goods is permitted; deductions for excessive handling will be made only where lawful. Conditions for our voluntary return policy do not override statutory rights.

Original shipping charges and third-party charges are generally non-refundable under our voluntary return policy, except where required by law. Any legally required refund of standard outbound delivery charges remains available.

Order cancellations: Contact us as quickly as possible. Operational cancellation may not be possible once processing, customisation or shipment has begun, but this does not remove any statutory right to cancel or return eligible goods.

Package not received: Contact us if an order appears significantly delayed. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, check your delivery area and local carrier, then contact us with your order number. We will review the available evidence; tracking marked delivered does not by itself remove your statutory rights.

Incorrect addresses, refused or unclaimed deliveries, customs issues and other delivery problems will be reviewed individually under applicable law. Any lawful return or reshipping costs will be explained before proceeding.

Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging alone may not qualify for a remedy when the product is unaffected and usable, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Any statutory refund deadlines still apply.

Certain customised or personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not remove remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
