English-language US Letter portrait PDF (8.5 x 11 inches). Print US Letter pages at actual size / 100%, not Fit to page. Keep piece masters and target pages at the same scale and verify the one-inch check line before cutting. An adult must prepare pieces and supervise scissors and small paper pieces; keep pieces away from children who mouth objects. This is not a digitally fillable form or an interactive app. A compatible PDF reader, paper and a pencil are needed; printing and supplies are not included.
