At WonderKidsToy, we want your educational toys to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping to supported destinations on eligible orders.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing may take slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, unusually high order volumes, or if inventory must be transferred between fulfillment locations.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Many WonderKidsToy products are stocked in regional fulfillment warehouses so we can provide faster delivery wherever possible.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Other supported destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination, warehouse, carrier and available shipping service.

Faster Local-Warehouse Fulfillment

When a product is available in a local or regional warehouse, we may fulfill your order from that warehouse to provide faster delivery.

For example, products available in our U.S. fulfillment network may arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch within the United States.

If local inventory becomes temporarily unavailable, your order may be fulfilled from another warehouse and delivery may take longer.

Important Delivery Information

All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Actual delivery may occasionally take longer because of:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High seasonal shipping volumes
  • Remote-area delivery

We recommend ordering early if the toy is needed for a birthday, holiday, classroom event or another specific date.

Free Worldwide Shipping

WonderKidsToy offers Free Worldwide Shipping to supported destinations on eligible orders.

Shipping availability may depend on the product and destination.

Free shipping refers to the standard shipping charge. Customers may still be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage charges or other government fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you when available.

Please allow some time after your shipment confirmation for the carrier’s tracking system to begin displaying updates.

International tracking may occasionally show fewer updates while the package is moving between countries.

Multiple Packages

Because products may ship from different fulfillment warehouses, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Different packages may also arrive on different days.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees simply because your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

WonderKidsToy does not control customs fees or taxes charged by destination-country authorities.

Customs inspections may occasionally delay delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed Orders

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur.

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period or your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number.

Our customer support team will help review the shipment.

Lost Packages

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and other order details so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Tracking Shows Delivered but You Cannot Find the Package

If your tracking information says the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • Check around your home or delivery location
  • Check your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Ask household members
  • Check with nearby neighbours
  • Check with your building reception or front desk
  • Contact the local delivery carrier

If the package still cannot be located, please contact WonderKidsToy customer support.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, left unclaimed or returned because customs requirements or delivery arrangements were not completed, any return or reshipping costs may be deducted from an applicable refund where permitted.

Remote Locations

Remote areas, islands and some rural destinations may require additional delivery time beyond the estimates shown above.

Holiday Shipping

Shipping and processing times may be longer during major holidays and peak shopping seasons.

If you are ordering a gift for Christmas, a birthday or another important event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We aim to deliver worldwide, but certain products may not be available in every country because of:
