Start with an outline and decide what happens around it. Finish the Scene Drawing Pack contains finish-the-drawing worksheets that leave the child room to invent a setting, action and surprising detail. There is no single finished picture to reproduce and no drawing device to buy.

Inside Finish the Scene Drawing Pack

Fourteen original outline starters invite children to finish a scene, add a setting, action and surprising detail. Includes an open studio page, story-sharing page and caregiver ideas.

  • 14 illustrated drawing starters.
  • 20 pages per edition, including guides and answer or support pages.
  • Suggested ages 4-9, with adult support.

Fourteen original outline starters are the main drawing invitations. This is an open-ended art pack, not a set of robot instructions, device templates or calibration sheets. Finished drawings can differ from one another.

How to use this pack

Choose an illustrated starter that interests the child and talk about what it might become. Add a setting, something happening in the scene and a detail that makes this version their own. Crayons or pencils are enough.

Invite the child to share a story about the finished picture using the story-sharing page. Return to the open studio page for a fresh idea, or use an existing child-made drawing if your family already has one. Caregiver ideas offer conversation starters rather than a marking scheme.

Open-ended creative activities; no fixed picture answers.

Materials and safe use

Paper and crayons, pencils or other age-appropriate art supplies. A drawing robot is not required. An existing child-made drawing can be used on the final open page if the family already has one.

Adults select and supervise art supplies, especially caps and small parts. Use any optional art device only as its manufacturer directs. These pages are drawing extensions, not robot operating cards, device templates or calibration sheets.

Your files and printing choices

The download ZIP contains four PDF editions plus a README. Each has the same 20 pages. Choose ONE edition to print:

  • A4 Color (210 x 297 mm).
  • A4 Low Ink (210 x 297 mm).
  • US Letter Color (8.5 x 11 inches).
  • US Letter Low Ink (8.5 x 11 inches).

20 pages means pages per edition, not four times that amount of different content. Covers, guides and answer or support pages are included in the page count. The English-language PDFs are printable, not digitally fillable forms.

Open the ZIP, read the README and choose your paper size and color preference. Print selected pages portrait and single-sided. Start at actual size / 100%; check the preview and use fit to printable area if edges clip. You need a ZIP/PDF reader and printer access. Paper, ink and supplies are not included.

Household printing license

The purchasing household may print and reuse these pages with its own children. Files and printed pages may not be sold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, or used as a shared classroom or business resource. For use beyond one household, contact WonderKidsToy through the store before copying.
